Group Exercise has taken over the traditional workout in the Gym. More commonly known as Fitness Classes it has been universaly proven that this is one of the best ways to get fit or maintain your fitness. These workouts are your own individual workout within a group environment which provides motivation and inspiration as well as an enjoyable atmosphere in which you will achieve your goals and more commonly exceed them.
